Being able to guess the height to the nearest half millimetre -- that is, one-twentieth of a centimetre -- is a bit unrealistic. I highly doubt you can mentally divide a centimetre into 20 equal parts and accurately measure the book's height. It's optimistic, but a bit unrealistic.
